Re: Oolite Wikipedia - some issues

Is there anything that I've missed or mismanaged? The one thing that I know is that I've yet to weave it into the oxplist page ( do I need to follow the order there or is the ordering done automatically by wiki? ). At the bottom of the (good) wiki pages, you could find an index looking something li...

2) And are there any tips as to how best to get screen-shot photos to appear within wiki? I don't have my own e-mail address, which may preclude some of the options.
You need to upload the pictures to Wiki and link to them on your page, [[image:Firebird2.png|left|600px]] for example.

Re: Docking Computer

Would you happen to know of anything a tad less jargonised? I also notice that very few of the programming tools which people have mentioned in these hallowed pages seem to work on an AppleMac! Try this one: .PLIST File Extension , basically similar information but explained for non-programmers as ...

Re: [Release] Market inquirer

Thank you. I will instruct Benedict forthwith to order your employers to double your salary. I beg, Sir, to remain thy obedient servant ... Cholmondeley May I remind you that nobody on this project is your servant and, last time I checked, nobody got any money out of that. I would strongly suggest ...

Re: Recovering "Lost" OXPs

There is no license to be found anywhere in this OXP so that might be a slight problem as it would require a complete rewrite and a newly renamed release I found an original version in my archive and had a look at it. While there is no licence in the readme you can find one in the script. From my p...

Re: Recovering "Lost" OXPs

I find it nice to be able to flip through what ships a particular OXP added, even if they don’t have descriptions. “Foreign,” “unrecognized,” “unsanctioned,” or “extragalactic” might be some terms you could use. Or they might just be lumped in with the standard “Ships” given that non-Galcop approve...

Re: Recovering "Lost" OXPs

2 questions for the community: Since I am already in the middle of it, should I create shiplibrary entrances for the fixes as well ? If so, what would be a matching synonym for ships from outside of GalCop space, except the obvious "Alien" ? I mainly got Cylons and Starfleet in mind, but there are o...

Re: Recovering "Lost" OXPs

Do you have a user for oolite.org to add manifests to the Expansion Manager? If you do and want to add it to the fix, we can ask phkb to transfer them to you, otherwise after you are satisfied with the work sent them to me and I will add them to the fix OXP (or create a new one if you prefer so). Looks good! They will be even more deadly with 2 and 3 lasers... Thank you, Mark II is entirely your creation, I just did some minor cosmetics. Mark I is a rougher version of the original. Yes, they are quite deadly now, I adjusted the energy banks a bit so if you don't have an upgraded ship you be...

Oops, sort of a small error is expected with the previous shader I posted. Reposting the (hopefully correct one) now: First test run, the normal map is now shown, no error messages. It certainly looks different from the version with Oolite shaders but I guess it's up to the eye of the beholder to d...

Re: Recovering "Lost" OXPs

Ok, (hopefully) my last message for today, a quick schedule of mine: After finishing the GalTech fix I intend to check Isis Interstellar for another fix.
