Thanks for the input. A q-bomb does at least give some warning it's going to go off, and if you have injectors it is possible to outrun the blue sphere of death (TM) unless you are right next to it. I must admit that I find an energy bomb a useful escape tool when all other options have failed. Since MNSR will remove the energy bomb and it is likely that it will rapidly return as an OXP weapon, how about setting some parameters that will make it less of an uberweapon? for example, it drains all...

I have decided to add a couple of executive runarounds, based on the small ships from the PPK resurrection video. You do get some pirates on the WP- sun route, especially if you have some OXPs that add to the pirate count. I got blasted out of the sky by a Corsair today whilst sunskimming through systems on a passenger run. I must have been nearer the sun than the WP at the time.

Staer9, I like that station, looks very industrial and clunky. Maybe to give some variety, both station types could be used, either randomly to suggest that some are an older design, or based on tech level of the host system.
