The advanced name editor can be used to incorporate special graphical characters and symbols, and even characters in different colours.
The exec file editor can be used to make configuration files that contain lists of console commands to be executed when Quake is launched.
MacQFE can itself be customised. You can change your default list of settings, you can change the variety of Quake application that gets launched, and you can even alter MacQFE's main window's user interface.
